The TAST Livigno Native Food project was born to make the gastronomic tradition of our land known and offer unforgettable flavours that you can only find here. All the facilities participating in the initiative are committed to offering their guests a taste of authentic Livigno.
At breakfast, you will always find a corner dedicated to native flavours.
Traditional cakes such as the Torta dal Indomenia, the Torta da Rosina and the Bisc’cot da Livigno, made by our internal pastry laboratory, or savoury and delicious selections such as the Bondiola – spicy and tasty cured meat – the Salam da Baita, a fabulous Cave Cheese, the Scimudin – a typical Valtellina cheese -, 100% fresh milk from Livigno and mountain pasture Bidul.
And for those who love intense flavours, there are also delicious goat cheeses such as Gustavo Formai da Cabra, Poina da Cabra and a soft goat cremino, 100% from Livigno. All accompanied by fresh and crispy bread, just as tradition dictates.
