Centrale Alm has two distinct atmospheres, which accompany guests throughout the day. The first is the daytime atmosphere, with a terrace overlooking the slopes, where you can start the day with a mountain breakfast or stop for a break between runs. During the morning, the atmosphere is lively and bustling with skiers, families and groups of friends.
At lunchtime, Centrale Alm offers a varied and casual menu, designed to combine quality with speed. You can enjoy traditional mountain dishes, alongside specialities such as raclette and cheese fondue, as well as quicker options like burgers and pizzas. From 4 pm, the atmosphere changes completely: the après-ski officially begins, transforming Centrale Alm into one of Livigno’s liveliest venues. Every day, DJ sets, music and entertainment create a party atmosphere full of energy, inside a characteristic rustic wooden venue spread over two floors.
