Rates are meant per day and per person with Bed&Breakfast and include:
Buffet breakfast from 7.30 am to 10.30 am; free access to our Wellness Garden & Spa (swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, emotional shower, cold course) open everyday from 8.00 to 22.00 (sauna from 15.00 to 20.00. The children are allowed till 17.00) . The garage is included in the rate.
The wellness centre:
The Beauty Garden & Wellness Spa staff will be glad to give you all the information about our treatments (massages, beauty and regenerating treatments, the Nuvola and the sun lamps) for your needs and wishes.
The kitchen:
Our chef proposes dishes with top-quality ingredients (often organic), mixed in such a way so as to combine taste and lightness. Our guests can choose either a fix-price menu in our casual Bistrot Restaurant (Euro 20,00) or in the more elegant Cantina Restaurant (Euro 40,00)

- The rooms will be available from 4 p.m. on your check-in day.
- We kindly ask you to leave your rooms by 10 a.m. on your check-out day
- Weekend (Friday & Saturday) supplement: 20%
- Rates are referred to the rooms occupied by 2 guests
- Late check out costs 50% of the room rate and it depends on the availability of the room at the moment of check out
The hotel is located in the pedestrian area, where car circulation is restricted. However, upon their arrival day our guests will be allowed to reach the hotel by car; if they want to use the car during the stay, they will be provided with a circulation pass for this area.

We kindly remind you that any communication about your reservation (confirmations, changes, cancellations) have to be conveyed to the hotel in a written form (fax or email)
Reservations:
All reservation requests must:
- be secured by a confirmatory deposit amounting to 30% of the total amount due for your stay;
- be secured by a credit card;
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel / change your reservation within 24 h after the confirmation.
Cancellations & Changes
The deposit (30% of the stay) is considered as a final confirmation of the booking and cannot be refunded according to Art. 1385 (Italian Civil Code)
In case of cancellation or changes made up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit is considered valid for a future stay to be done within 12 months of the date of cancellation.
In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline, the deposit is retained.
Any reductions in the length of stay are considered cancellations.
In the event of a "no show" or early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged to the credit card.
Non-refundable rate:
100% prepaid at the time of booking, non-changeable, non-refundable
(in case of cancellation / changes, the entire amount will be retained)

In case of cancellations due to force majeure (closed borders, travel ban, quarantine, positive test, etc.) the amount paid will be refunded.
Pets
Small pets are welcome in our hotel with a small daily extra charge of Euro 10,00
No smoking room
Our rooms are no smooking. Smokers can choose balcony room, where they can smoke the cigarettes in the fresh air. In case the rule is not observed, at the check out will be charged in the bill a surcharge of 50% of the stay, with a maxium amount of 300,00 Euro for the cleaning and tha unavailability of the room in the following days.
Access to the ZTL area to park in the garage
We remind that the hotel is located in pedestrian area: the only allowed entrance for our guests is NUMBER 2, Via Crosal. At the end of this street turn on the right and then after 10 metres turn on the right again in a tiny street; at the end you will find our parking and the entrance of reception. At the check-in we will ask for your plate number.
