The Hotel is undergoing renovations in various areas of the structure and in the rear external area for the construction of the new garages, therefore only some rooms have a parking space available near the structure, while for the others we have arranged a parking space. 3km from the property, reachable by a free shuttle service always available.

WINTER
Rates are per person per day with half board treatment (beverage not included), including free use of Wellness Area with indoor Swimming-pool, 2 outdoor saunas, relaxarium and gym as per internal rules and time-table, FREE WI-FI in the rooms and in the public areas, evening entertainment at the bar, mini club for children in a special play-area

KIDS (3rd and 4th beds, in the same room as the parents)
0 – 2 years old: free of charge
3 - 11 years old: - 50%
older than 12 years: - 20%

Terms & Conditions
We kindly remind you that any communication about your reservation (confirmations, changes, cancellations) have to be conveyed to the hotel in a written form (fax or email)
Reservations. The access to the pool is allowed only with swimming cap. You can bring it from home or you can buy it at the massage desk at the pool entrance.

All reservation requests must:
•    be secured by a confirmatory deposit amounting to 30% of the total amount due for your stay;
•    be secured by a credit card;
•    the hotel reserves the right to cancel / change your reservation within 24 h after the confirmation

Cancellations & Changes

The deposit (30% of the stay) is considered as a final confirmation of the booking and cannot be refunded according to Art. 1385 (Italian Civil Code)
In case of cancellation or changes made up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit is considered valid for a future stay to be done within 12 months of the date of cancellation.
In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline, the deposit is retained.
Any reductions in the length of stay are considered cancellations.
In the event of a "no show" or early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged to the credit card.

Non-refundable rate:
100% prepaid at the time of booking, non-changeable, non-refundable
(in case of cancellation / changes, the entire amount will be retained)

*** COVID-19 ***
In case of cancellations due to force majeure (closed borders, travel ban, quarantine, positive test, etc.) the amount paid will be refunded.

Pets
Small pets are welcome in our hotel with a small daily extra charge.
